we contacted the business 3 or 4 weeks ago and had some service done 619.00 and was told that we could pay on time. then our other unit went out and it would cost 950.00 to fix it but would have to be paid when the work was done. we have waited 3 weeks for the part to come from Georgia factory. Now today I find out that we have to pay the 619.00 before they will do the other repair. Why did it take 3 weeks to get the part. Awesome people. We are very satisfied with our new unit. We have already noticed our electric bill being lower.
I appreciate you guys telling us you would get my a/c fixed on Friday but never showing up... Now we get to be in our 80 degree house all weekend....
