DO NOT use this transport. My car was picked up on Monday from Keyes Audi for immediate delivery to AZ. When I was able to get someone on the phone for a delivery ETA, and I was promised call backs which never happened. I was told Thursday that the driver left Wednesday about midnight and I'd have the car delivered Friday morning, and the driver would call me with a time in the morning. They shipped my car from N. Cal to So. Cal and were great. Picked up and delivered when planned.
This company is rude. Has no communication with drivers and does not provide any updates with status. Stay away
I am experiencing the same issue. They were suppose to deliver 3 days ago and they still can not locate the driver. I highly recommend Audi of Beverly Hills not to use this transportation company in the future.
