We had such wonderful experience! The staff went completely above and beyond!!! The massage from Tom was a 10/10! Plus the extra amenities afterwards were a great bonus. There were a few women yelling that ended up causing a scene and the staff handled it with grace!! We will be back in the future! Thank you so much for giving us the relaxation we needed!!
I absolutely adore this place. My favorite spa to go to. The massage therapists are always very kind and accommodating. The spa is fantastic and the staff are so kind!
We had a fantastic & relaxing evening here. Dawn is seriously one of the best massage therapists I've had in Colorado and really went above and beyond to make us feel special and cared for throughout the treatment. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Service was outstanding -- the front desk concierges did a great job handling our questions about booking and made sure we were getting the right treatments to use the amenities etc, plus offered complimentary champagne to us while we were getting ready for our massages. Tammilyn was amazing! I was in a lot of pain and she made sure to relax my whole body while still giving extra attention to my pain points. Pressure was perfect and I feel so much better! However, the price for booking online does not match the price at check out in person. And it’s a shame Ameristar has let the facilities degrade so much.
