We had a fantastic & relaxing evening here. Dawn is seriously one of the best massage therapists I've had in Colorado and really went above and beyond to make us feel special and cared for throughout the treatment. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Tammilyn was amazing! I was in a lot of pain and she made sure to relax my whole body while still giving extra attention to my pain points. Pressure was perfect and I feel so much better! However, the price for booking online does not match the price at check out in person. And it’s a shame Ameristar has let the facilities degrade so much. So relaxing friendly staff
Paid for a 50 min massage and only got one for 30 min. Even though we showed up a couple minutes late, the massuse cut my time off before my original time. So my massage was cut short. This place is a rip off. And before anyone from the massage tries to respond to this and make themselves look like they are all about your wellnes, they did nothing about it and made me even more stressed than when I came in. I'm a disabled vet with ptsd and they made it worse, with the money I spent.
