Massage therapist - CHERIE, AVOID at any cost. I personally feel you’re not at the right place. Please don’t waste people time and money for the service you provide. The worst ever massage experience, I have been to many different places for massage. Never ever this disaster. I chose “Max” as pressure point and highlighted the spots in the checkin form they gave. Today was my first visit to the spa, I had the pleasure of meeting Jodi. She was friendly, professional, and amazing. Not to mention just walking in the door, the ladies at the front desk we're friendly, and inviting. My experience was a good one. They have the softest sheets, it was very clean and comfortable. Thank you so much Jodi, for the great experience!! I'll definitely will book another appointment.

My wife enjoyed the massage fusion but the customer service was not as good. The lady making reservations was not friendly her attitude was not consistent with the spa atmosphere. Will try somewhere else because of her.
This message is for the General Manager of the Ameristar Casino in St. Charles, MO. His name is Mr. Lang. We are at the casino and booked a night so we could play at a regular Craps table like most casinos have and assumed a Casino like Ameristar would certainly have one too. After all, your website does not say anything about not having any?! We are at your great restaurant, Bugattis, and wanted to play Craps.
