Awful, awkward, and painful experience. Manicure: To start the woman was grinding my nails down. While she did this she was cutting my cuticles and even cut my finger. Despite me verbally saying ow she continued to aggressively grind my nails down. Then there was a miscommunication with nail color. The woman was very abrasive despite me telling her multiple times that it was my fault and she didn’t need to fix it. I said MULTIPLE times to her and another woman that it did not need to be fixed. Went to AR nails in Lynwood and it was fabulous. Both ladies were very helpful and efficient. Definitely give them a try. 👍
