AR Refresh Wellness helps keep my youth athletes in top shape. They use cryotherapy, leg compression, and the massage chairs regularly. Kyle, April, and their staff do everything the can for their clients.
Love this place! I’ve been coming here for almost a year now. The red-light sauna pod is a total game changer for my skin—and with consistent use you’ll even lose weight! I also love the leg and hip compression; it really helps with circulation and reduces extra fluid buildup. The massage chairs are pure heaven! The localized cryo is amazing for my neck pain, and for migraines it actually works better than my medication. Bottom line, visit this locally owned, heaven sent, top of the line, self care oasis. You won’t regret it!
Should've found this place sooner! May be a full blown cryo convert. It's insane how just 3 minutes can zap you the way this does. I paired the cyro with leg compression after and my legs are feeling amazing. Highly recommend for runners, or really anyone active and feeling the soreness. Making this a regular habit to see how well my recovery goes as I increase milage in my runs. Honestly the price is so good that it's worth trying just to see for yourself.
