Bottom line, visit this locally owned, heaven sent, top of the line, self care oasis. You won’t regret it!
Should've found this place sooner! May be a full blown cryo convert. It's insane how just 3 minutes can zap you the way this does. I paired the cyro with leg compression after and my legs are feeling amazing. Highly recommend for runners, or really anyone active and feeling the soreness. Making this a regular habit to see how well my recovery goes as I increase milage in my runs. Honestly the price is so good that it's worth trying just to see for yourself.
AR Refresh is hands down one of my favorite places for recovery and self-care! I do red light therapy almost every day—it's been amazing for my overall wellness and muscle recovery. This place is a must if you are working out regularly. I use the cryotherapy and red light treatments most often. Jason is very informative and will help you pick the right treatment for you. And if you have a high school athlete in the Cabot area, they definitely need to be coming here.
