Drove from Little Rock to do Cryotherapy and got an added bonus of compression therapy while I was here. The facility was very clean and relaxing. The staff and fellow patrons were very welcoming and provided so much information and insight as to what to expect from the various services and therapies that they offer. Very affordable. Will be returning often!

Love this place! I’ve been coming here for almost a year now. The red-light sauna pod is a total game changer for my skin—and with consistent use you’ll even lose weight! I also love the leg and hip compression; it really helps with circulation and reduces extra fluid buildup. The massage chairs are pure heaven! The localized cryo is amazing for my neck pain, and for migraines it actually works better than my medication.
