Very bad with following up
I am so Disappointed with these people’s service, I went to this office on April 25th to file my tax return and i thought it was going to be only $18 as they advertised but instead they asked me to pay $85 reason being is because i file for the first time with them and they advised me to return back home that someone will call me for signature,but now from April 25th till now may 6th I never had back from them and my taxes haven’t been filed yet,I tried to call them yesterday April 5th they said someone will call me but noth... read more
