Very poor service, over 8 weeks and CRA didn’t receive my tax file, and no one at there office updates
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid $100 to have my 2024 taxes filed, even though my tax return was very basic since I was a student. I recently found out that my 2024 tax return was never filed. When I contacted the company early in the morning to get answers, I was repeatedly told to "give them 20 minutes" while they looked into it.
