I am giving 1 star because there is no minus star. I found flyers, ads on bus stops and everywhere highlighting $18 for tax filing. I phoned. An Indian person picked up the phone. The very first few words revealed unprofessionalism. Anyways, I explained my case clearly in detail. I asked total inclusive price for my case. He discussed it and told $26 each for me and fir my wife. I went there. Spent total ~2 hrs for getting there, finding office and discussing in-person. It was a trap > attracting people by $18 ad. I had a very bad experience yesterday with the old Indian guy ( never know his name( he says he handles three Tax center ? god only knows what he handles) and his patience level is Zero .he is not ready to listen our tax issue and he's in his own world who thinks genius, but he don't know nothing , I guess he have some issues in his mind , I think ,this is the right time for him to see some doctor. .Although we gonna pay him for his job .he treat people unprofessionally and he informed me that he did tax filing for 60000 peo... read more
I did a good review a year ago. I kept coming back since I was treated well on my first year by Sadia. Sadly after 6 yrs of using their service, I have been reduce to a number. The staff was so unprofessional. The accountant never even spoke with me even when I have a pertinent question. The staff even asked if I could give her a tip of my 'good' refund.
