Adam, Connor and Mary Kay are phenomenal! They work seamlessly together to evaluate each client, formulate a treatment plan and tweak it at every visit based on pain, range of motion, strength and limitations in activities of daily living. Just Google what the LPGA, PGA, DP World Tour NFL, NHL, MLB and any other professional outfits are doing for their athlete recovery and strength training and this is what AR Physical Therapy brings to this area. You are going to work hard during your time at AR, this isn't a place that gets you to do a few stretches and one or two core exercises.
