Seems like a lot of PAID reviews. Unreliable and unprofessional. I chose this firm specifically because they promised to honor last year’s pricing for both my business and personal taxes. I even have an email confirming I was opted out of price increases. Now, at the last minute, after they made me cancel with another CPA, they are refusing to honor that agreement and demanding significantly more money for 'complexity' that existed last year.
