Frederic Dursunian was excellent to work with. I got the last pair of Marea Sandal 105 in my size and it had a defect when it arrived. Aquazzura approved the repair and had me send it to Frederic. He kept me updated on the progress and even helped me coordinate adding a resole to the shoe (i like to add a sole to designer heels - more comfortable). He had the shoes back to me in less time than I was quoted. Highly recommend this store.
Aquazzura is my go to brand for shoes-pumps, flats, sandals. These shoes are stylish and more importantly comfortable. I really enjoy the service, especially the service that I receive from Phillip. He is the best sales representative I have ever dealt with. He is friendly and efficient, and he always makes sure that I am satisfied with my purchases. The quality of the shoes and the service makes me return to Aquazzura quite often.
I worked with Frederick and Sharon to get the perfect shoes for my wedding. They were so accommodating in finding my size and working with me on nailing down the perfect style. The store is beautiful and clean and my shoes are perfect and comfortable! 10/10 would recommend for a special shoe for a special occasion. Wonderful experience
Sales assistants are not motivated enough. It is awkward to ask questions or suggestions, feels like a burden to ask them for assistance. I did not feel welcomed at all.
