I purchased a male/female pair of guppies from this store for $24 (super pricey for a guppy) and a week later the female died. I called and asked if it was possible to bring in a water sample (my parameters are nearly perfect) and have the female replaced but evidently the exorbitant price of the fish does not come with any sort of guarantee for its health. Customer service is always exceptional. Feel at home everytime I'm there. Excellent freshwater livestock with lots of variety. Very knowledgeable staff. Makes for an enjoyable experience every visit.
