AMAZING STORE!!! – We are new to the valley (from Florida) and went to all the stores after setting up our tank. Aquatouch was by far the best store we have ever been in! Their reef display tank is just amazing. They have a great selection of saltwater fish and corals. The freshwater plants are much like we have seen in Japan and Hong Kong, beautiful. Best Aquarium Store EVER – I love coming here! Staff is very friendly, always greet me by name and they are genuinely interested in how my tanks are doing. The staff is very knowledgeable and have been extremely helpful. The tanks are always very clean, great variety of fish, corals, and plants to choose from....I love to go and see what is new. When my friends come to PHX we have to go to the store.....it is really a one of a kind store and stands out from any other aquarium store we have been to, ever!

not courteous – I recently visited aquatouch, nobody said anything to me when I walked in, a simple "hi" would have been enough. I browsed for about 10 mins, by then I was the only customer (this was not near closing time, there were still open for another hour) and even though there were like 4 employees walking around, walking by me, nobody said anything at all, no aknowledgement, it gave me a strange creepy / unwelcomed feeling. No Customer Service - Tried 4x! – Being just down the street from me and wanting to restock my tank; I have been to this store 4 times (with a fistful of $$ to pay their exceedingly high prices), and yet NO ONE in the store acknowledged me when I came in, looked around for 15 minutes, nor left. RUDE RUDE RUDE! Worth driving elsewhere to get better service, better prices, and from what I saw: better quality fish.

How can I put this? They are fish snobs!! Not in a good, helpful way but it in a strange, snooty way. Not overly friendly and maybe not as knowledgeable as they think they are ;-) I won't be back.

refused to uphold refund – We bought a lot of supplies and fish from this store. We had a fairly expensive puffer fish and it died almost immediately. When we returned to the store we were given alot of double talk and excuses and ultimately they refused to honor their own gaurantee. We have two large tanks, 120gal freshwater and 110 gal salt. We will never purchase from Aquatouch again and would greatly discourage anyone using this store.
