Derek and the rest of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. All of their fish are healthy and their tanks are cleaner compared to other fish stores I’ve been in. It’s definitely worth the drive.

Seemed really cool and knowledgeable. We bought some shrimp, a ramshorm snail and some Christmas moss to add to our established tank. 2 of the shrimp died within a day and the other two had disease that had to be treated. We also had leaches and bladder snails hitchhike in on something and infest our whole tank.

We recently spent over $300 at Aquatic Wildlife Company, purchasing seven fish along with additional equipment for our tank. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning. Before purchasing any fish, we specifically brought in a sample of our tank water to have it tested. We were told our water was perfect and that we were good to begin adding fish. Best and only fish that should be bought in the local area. Prices are good, fish are healthy, and they know what they are talking about.
