My encounter with Joe was strictly accidental. The best accident ever! I was in the market to buy a fish tank but needed help with setup and maintanence questions. (Last time I had a fish tank was over 20yrs ago before I left for the Air Force. I know technology had changed). When I called aquatic start trying to find its location Joe answered, he informed me of location but services I needed store did not offer.
