Doug is an amazing person and really knows the hot tubs he sells. Had an issue and he made sure to come out right before Christmas and fix it. Highly recommend working with him! Super honest and trustworthy, along with selling a great American made product Wish I could give him and his company more than 5 stars Thank you Doug!
Terrible service - paid Doug for a service call to diagnose the problem with my spa heater and specifically asked that he write up a detailed report for the warranty company - he refused to do so because he didn't like the competitor I bought the spa from. He left the heater disconnected and I had to hire another service to fix what he did and replace the heater.
Doug provided us excellent customer service for assisting us with the electrician and screen companies. The delivery and set up went perfectly. We are loving our American Whirlpool hot tub!
Great sales person! Feel like we were taking care of and we have someone to rely on if we needed assistance in the future!
