The WHOLE STAFF are very polite, helpful & welcoming people. The place is very clean & neat. I like how welcoming the repetitionist makes me & my daughters feel at every visit. Plus, they (try hard) to be flexible with my daughter's work schedule. The PT Zack is very knowledgeable with his work. (Just how I feel) he makes PT worth coming too. I had 2 major spinal surgeries and even though I was able to walk afterwards, the DAILY PAIN I experience is UNDESCRIBABLE.Cold weather,Rain,Snow makes the pain 10xs worst. So I gave this place a shot, even knowing I can't swim and it was one oof of the best decisions of my life. This seems to be the only comfort and relief with 6 rods and screws. I FEEL AMAZINGLY GREAT when my sessions are done. 100% WORTH TRYING. I THANK GOD I FOUND THIS PLACE, AND YES THE WATER IS WARM
