Owner was very rude. Walked in to get a new uvb tube light for my turtle that was purchased 3 years ago (was told he would never get bigger than a softball and is now over 6 inches long). They didnt have the size bulb I needed so I said I would be okay upgrading the bulb, which he then showed me a regular uvb bulb, not tube light. When I expressed that those bulbs are not recommended by many turtle experts, he immediately walked away and told me to let him know if I find a bulb. Always great service. Xander and Danielle are always so friendly! They will always make sure you understand what you need before leaving. It really wouldn't be the same without them! They are the glue that holds it down!
Very wide variety of animals and the whole staff is full of knowledge and experience. Lizards, frogs, spiders, scorpions, fish, you name it. The place is like walking into a zoo you can take animals home from.
I have nothing but positive things to say. Sage and Stephen are incredible. Very knowledgeable and caring staff. Love them all. Highly recommend. Thank you Team, Debbie, the crazy fish lady
Very sick animals. Not sanitary and poor husbandry. Needs to be shut down, the owner doesn't care.

Awesome place go there every week for a rat for my snake I don't even have to ask the min they see me they just go get one... plus my snake that I got from them is healthy and growing fast..
Very friendly staff and always has what I need. Also always a great time to see the new and exotic animals to reptiles and more that r aways getting. Best pet store in town.
My husband and I were new customers and we went into their store Monday and purchased an ell and a filter, we didnt have a single problem with this order and we were so excited to go back on Thursday to purchase some fish that we had fell in love with. On Thursday, my husband went into their store and purchased 2 salt water fish and cleaner shrimp. After 2 hours we lost one fish and rushed to save the other and the shrimp.
