Great furniture
We have bought 2 benches. Both arrived in perfect shape and assembled quickly and easily. Very nice products.
Trying to connect with the support and no answer! I bought the Spa™ Teak Waste Basket 312 my order ID #51306, and it’s already 1 month and I didn’t receive it.
The product is fine, but came with a manufacturing defect. I submitted a claim over a month ago and my issue still has not been resolved. Overall, I have had a poor experience with their customer service. They told me on May 1 that they would send a replacement product, but it's the 17th and I still have not received it, my credit card has not been charged for the shipping, and despite my follow up attempts I have not received any response from the company.
When we opened the package we reported a part of the bench had split. Customer service was amazing. They paid for shipping the original back and sent me a whole new bench. Quality product that looks beautiful!
