I wish i could have given 0 stars very unprofessional she was very nice when it led up to shoot and receiving my payment after shoot she sent proofs not long after and now she has dropped off the face of the earth 2 months later and i have no pictures..... SCAM! BEWARE

I was looking forward to getting professional photos by aquas images for some time. But the lack of communication and professionalism turned me away. She did not respond to emails, calls, voicemails, or texts. I had reached out to her on social media and finally got a response. After doing my phone consultation (which was a hassle in itself), I was told I would get an email of the info discussed and proceed with paying my deposit. However, I never received an email. Things went well initially but ended poorly. I spoke with Alex prior to my maternity shoot for a consultation to review the plan and payment details. After paying $1,050 dollars for 5 images, including a graphic (Which was the main reason I hired her as I admire her work.) The session went well and I was advised the photos would be finished in 3 weeks.
