All I can say is I will be forever grateful to them. I called from Northampton to get a very important message to someone very special who lives on the same street as them in Margate, none of the numbers we had recorded worked, so we were at a loss as to how we would get the message through quickly. After looking on google maps I could see they were not far from the person we needed to contact and rang and asked for their help. They very kindly delivered a note that I had asked them to write. A fantastic home to work for, always look after their staff. Worked there for a number of years and would recommend it anyone who’s interested in working in care. A very understanding manager who works tirelessly to keep her staff and the residents happy

Work here for 5 years now lovly friendly place to work manager is very nice and supportive , the review left by a Georgia Gillard it just a negative person I have seen she has left bad reviews on a few sites dentist and taxi offices ect , it is quite clear shes a negative person she has never worked at our home she has never been inside meet staff or clients no application or interview we generally have never meet this person .

I'm surprised at the one star review. Lynn and the staff took great care of our dad. We checked several times and would turn up unexpectedly. We never saw the residents treated with anything other than kindness and respect. As dad grew weaker he was still clean and well dressed. Being a carer is an incredibly hard job - it's not respected and certainly not well paid and the Aquarius staff, in my view, did an exemplary job.
