Outstanding gym. Dumbbells up to 40kg. Plenty of benches and floor space. Several squat racks and body weight equipment...pull up bars, dip bars, etc. Some CrossFit equipment available...sled, ropes, kettle bells. Great space to get a thorough resistance workout. Saunas, showers, plunge facilities very good. Highly recommend!

Myself and my daughter loved the de-stress package we purchased through Groupon. We went yesterday and have the best day. From the outset, the reception staff and therapists were welcoming and helpful. The treatments were lovely and the therapists outstanding. We absolutely loved the bath house facilities and tried out everything on offer. It was a really special day and did not disappoint Will definitely revisit and recommend!
