I loved the massage Rob gave me—he’s truly amazing and has angel hands! However, after my massage, I used the magnesium pools, and unfortunately, the experience there was disappointing. Even though there’s a "quiet zone" sign on the door, many guests completely ignored it. It was my birthday, and I was hoping for a peaceful, relaxing environment, but three women were loudly talking, laughing, and yelling. Wow wow wow! I had an awesome experience here, from the minute I walked in I had a friendly greeting, and then one of the best massages I’ve ever had from Rob! Loved the big Sauna and pools in the women’s change rooms - very cool place! I’ll be back for sure!
Greeted very warmly at the reception. It wasn't my first time at the Medispa but it has been a while since I've been there last so I sincerely appreciate that I was shown around the facilities again. My Therapist Rob was very respectful and helpful. It was a great experience for a lymphatic drainage massage. I felt rejuvenated afterwards. It is something I will do on a regular basis, like every quarter to see how I go and improve the issues I am have at the moment.
