I've tried to hire this company to service my saltwater aquarium at my business, apparently he has his biased preference for his clientele. I call initially and he seems pleasant and says.. "he's busy can he call me back?" I never receive a call so I call back several times on different days for a few months, leaving several voice messages, No reply. We can't speak highly enough about this company. I was given a 150 gallon aquarium with a beautiful 9" Frontosa fish named Mabel. It was a fast long distance move and we made a few mistakes. I spoke to Byron on the phone and he listened to everything that was going on and made good recommendations. He was truly concerned for my fish. He never once charged me for all my phone calls.
