I placed an order with aquarium plumbing for a few bits for my fish tank, half the order I ordered the wrong size plumbing. A quick email and I got the go ahead to return for a full refund so I ordered the correct size I needed and posted back the stuff I ordered wrong. On the same day I received my new order I had confirmation from PayPal to say a refund had been issued. My items aware saved on the link, handy option to have. You can save your basket whilst you make sure you have everything perfect. My link was retrieved after an email to the supplier, who resent me this even though it had expired. The service was quick and effective, replying to my emails very quickly, and the delivery was really quick too, really well packaged, top service over all. Thank you

Always excellent service from these guys, quality parts, fast delivery and they have even personally called me when I made a mistake with my details where other companies would just send an email or simply cancelled the order, keep up the great work guys
