I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this was truly the worst massage experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The therapist alternated between applying no pressure at all and suddenly pinching, which was neither therapeutic nor relaxing. To make matters worse, both therapists in the room were shockingly rude. I’ll refrain from sharing the details here out of respect for privacy, but the behavior was deeply unprofessional. Very nice stay
The worst massage in my life!!! I came here for a full-body massage and was extremely disappointed. The specialist barely touched me, skipped my arms, part of my back, and other areas. It was so bad I had to stop halfway and complain. The staff was rude, refused a refund, and still charged me full price. After 12 years of regular massages, this was by far the worst. Avoid this spa at all costs!
Dont be bamboozled, the price is 100 dollars more at the desk then what they say on the phone. The amenities, specifically the umbrellas were all taken. Go spend your money elsewhere.
