Definitely the best place to relax. The best therapists of Miami are here. You'll never feel better at any other spa. The service from the front desk staff is excellent and very professional, and there's nothing better than being inside of the best hotel and resort of Miami: “Trump International Beach Resort”
Massage was okay, but the service and amenities were very disappointing. They close at 5:00 PM, and starting at 4:30 they were already trying to rush us out of the spa. What should have been a relaxing experience quickly became stressful. We still had a full 30 minutes left, yet they kept pushing us to leave. If you don’t enjoy working with people or providing customer service, a spa may not be the place to work—this is supposed to be a relaxing environment. The front desk lady was rude for no reason.
