Massage was okay, but the service and amenities were very disappointing. They close at 5:00 PM, and starting at 4:30 they were already trying to rush us out of the spa. What should have been a relaxing experience quickly became stressful. We still had a full 30 minutes left, yet they kept pushing us to leave. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but this was truly the worst massage experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The therapist alternated between applying no pressure at all and suddenly pinching, which was neither therapeutic nor relaxing. To make matters worse, both therapists in the room were shockingly rude. I’ll refrain from sharing the details here out of respect for privacy, but the behavior was deeply unprofessional.
