What can i say. I do have a same unpleasant experience with that company as well. Whatever they care , it's just to make money , and then not to be responsible for anything. If you complain about something they will just simply not answering you call. They logo of this company should be " Big time LIARS and SCAM" . Take them do civil court!

Aqua Life is way too expensive company. They claim they have US made products, no it's not true. Also they say they make systems in Florida/California, not true! I know the technician he worked for them, and he said all product made in China/Taiwan, and they just remove the label and attached their "made in USA" label!! Also you can get RO system cheap online just need to maintain it! Or get some at Home Depot just make sure not Aqualife (kinetico) will service you! JUST BE AWARE OF another scam company SUCH as ez water pure... read more
