I can't recommend this place enough! Tim, the Operations Manager, is so great, and Kali is equally as great and helpful! I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. They were both so patient with all my questions and requests (I'm very picky and I had a lot of questions). They even took me out to the warehouse to see the pieces in person and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my choices. Belinda was so kind and very helpful to us. We walked in 15 minutes till closing and she didn’t bat an eye. She helped us with our samples and gave us great information. Aquabella has an excellent tile selection and fantastic customer service.
This place is a whole gem. The showroom stays clean, put together, and full of good options and colors. The team is always welcoming, helpful, and respectful (rare, honestly). Timothy, the manager, is always happy to help, and Kim and Alexis? Top tier. They know their stuff and will have the answer to any questions. If you’re not shopping here yet… what are you doing?
