I chose this school because from the very first class they explained the purpose of the water activities for my granddaughter. I also appreciate that they speak Spanish, which makes me feel much more comfortable.
Coach Jalessy is an awesome instructor. I am impressed with how well she has worked with my grandson, Owen Sanchez. Owen has improved so much with her help.
Staff is friendly, but others created a non accessibility friendly environment. They only have one accessible stall for changing children. Male customers preemptively held the stall before their family came out of the pool, despite me being in a wheelchair and directing stating to them that I needed it. This happened twice. Changing my toddler in a regular stall required me to have the door wide open and be visible to the public. Making it inappropriate as people would stare the times I did.
