Great, well organized school that has driven a lot of progress for my son. Teachers are great with kids, consistent and give great feedback. The app makes it easy to manage classes when plans change.

The year I spent working at Aqua-Tots was a nightmare. I was treated like I didn't matter, even though I was a minor and only trying to do my job, they hire teens then get mad and give them attitude when they call out sick. not to mention I was forced into work while sick many times which is putting the kids in danger. My 2.5 y.o. loves going to swim lessons here. The first 5 classes she cried, but we kept going and now she loves it. Its really easy to switch classes if we need to. All the staff we've encountered have been friendly and helpful. Coach Karen is great. The coach to child ratio is appropriate. The pool is warm and clean.

Great complex and environment for little ones to learn. Our two year old loved it for a little and lost interest. Repetitive lessons are great for new young learners, however out child got bored eventually. Mixed levels of instructors we had. The good ones make the not so great ones stand out. Very easy to sign up online and give your credit card info, not very easy to cancel and you need to provide 30 day notice which is silly for private lessons. Was good for the summer, the hoop jumping to end left a bad taste.

Overall, my experience was just okay. Our instructor, Sydney, was absolutely amazing—very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She was definitely the highlight of our time there (Level 1). Unfortunately, the organization and policies were extremely frustrating. I was charged an unexplainable $25 fee and even billed twice in one month.
