I don’t usually like writing bad reviews, but this experience was completely unacceptable. Save your money. Their priority isn't teaching your children how to be safe in the pool—it is just a predatory business that only cares about profits. My wife and I had the exact same awful experience all three times we took our daughter here. The instructors looked like they’d rather be absolutely anywhere else and acted like they barely had an hour of training. Total ripoff! I recommend lessons at the New Albany Plain Township Aquatic Center instead! You get 10 back-to-back, 30-min sessions over 2 weeks for just $80 ($70 with membership). Compared AquaTots—which charge OVER $100-150+ a month for ONLY ONE session PER week—the value and consistency at New Albany are unbeatable. If you want your child to actually progress, New Albany Pool is the place to go!
