My daughter started at 5 months old. She’s now 2 1/2 and still going to this Aqua Tots! I love the staff here. Though the staffing for her class itself can sometimes be inconsistent, I’ve rarely had a negative experience with the instructors filling in. They make changes to the curriculum, recently it seems like far too often, but the changes do make classes more interesting overall. Front desk staff are very friendly and always helpful.

Aqua Tatos is an unprofessional facility that lacks proper experience in customer service. I strongly advise others not to waste their time there. I regularly took my children to this facility, and on a daily basis there were consistent errors and mismanagement. Whenever I called to report the issues, I was told that my scheduled day was no longer available and that it would be changed to another day. My son barely even swam he was on the bench half of the time! I am the relative of a child who goes there I have been there many times believe me!
