My grandson was there 4 months with a different instructor at each lesson never advancing out of level 3. Every time they would say work on this item or next time 2 items. Every time it would be a different number of items to work on. Very inconsistent instruction. prolonging the number of lessons you have to take to advance! I would give a ZERO !!! Spend your money somewhere else.
I would never recommend this place. My daughter was so excited for her very first swim lesson, but within the first five minutes, her young instructor dunked her underwater. She had no prior experience in the water, and this completely traumatized her. After looking at other reviews, I now see that this same issue has been brought up multiple times — and unfortunately, it’s true. My daughter has been coming here for swim lessons for a few months now and absolutely LOVES it! Her very first lesson was with Travis and I swear we got so spoiled because he is absolutely amazing!!! I later found out he is the General Manager and it shows. He does an incredible job here. Even though we definitely are big Travis fans we’ve had great experiences with all of the instructors. This place is amazing! They have helped my boys so much this year. My boys have a good confidence around the water now. One of my son’s had Coach Aiden and thinks the world of him! Thank you all so much!
