Great staff
The supervisors and managers seem ignorant to the customer and employee needs. I had high hopes for this locale as it looked promising, however I was sorely disappointed as I heard time and time again that repeated issues were not addressed. I will be advising other parents I know to go towards swim kids or propel.
This the best swimming place ever. Kids do learn very well here and the staff are all amazing. I also wanted to mention we had Ms. Audrey for the last few levels of swimming and she was beyond amazing and made sure my child learned all the steps to safe swimmer. She was amazing and the whole staff here are so lovely.
