The staff is fantastic. Paula and Ryan are amazing and work so well with my kids. They have gone far above and beyond regular duties to help my older daughter get comfortable in the water. It was a difficult process and they both handled it with patience and professionalism. I can't speak highly enough about them. My kids have also loved all of the swim coaches they've worked with.
Aqua Tots in Leesburg provides a safe and welcoming environment for little ones seeking swimming lessons. We have our 4 year old enrolled, and she’s graduated from level 3 to 4 and is much more comfortable and confident in all swimming environments. She’s had classes with many of the swim instructors, but her classes are usually scheduled with Eileen, who has been great to partner with. Aqua-Tots charges us for holidays and adds a make up class which was not informed to us at the time of registration. How can we make up for so many classes, we barely have to time for our own make up class which happens after canceling our class. Also there was an accident at Leesburg recently and they closed the pool and didn’t let us know, I called so many times they didn’t even call back.
