My kids are taking swim lessons here since almost a year. Their teaching approach is more hands on like a local competitor that I tried before. It works certainly better but still it's a long run. My sons are sometimes part of a class of four children. A typical lesson takes 30 min. That's by math only 7.5 min teaching per child. They recommend 2 lessons per week. I recently called to re-enrol my child in swimming lessons after they were diagnosed with a disability. We had previously been clients of Aquatots, so I was hopeful they could support us. After explaining my child's needs, I was told it was very unlikely they could provide any accommodations, even for private lessons. I asked to speak with the manager to discuss things further, but more than 48 hours later I still have not received a call. I found this very disappointing.
