Aqua Tots not only is such a positive experience for the children but this review is directly to the staff. They are so professional, friendly, accommodating and so polite - I don't have a single negative experience from the swim instructors, to the front desk, to the crew keeping the facility clean, it's been absolutely such a great experience! Highly recommend Aqua Tots Kanata!
My son has been in Level 4 since February 2024, over a year and a half now. Since February 2025, he’s shown no progress at all, and he hasn’t received any stars or feedback during this entire period. Although he was given MFLs to help, there has still been no measurable improvement. At this point, it feels like the issue lies with how the instructors are delivering the lessons.
