The front desk staff were so kind and patient, they answered all my questions and eased all of my worries about my special needs child attending classes. I have no worries about leaving my child in their care and trust that they will be in good hands!
Very rude manager, and they only focus on specific kids. It’s ackward and not organized, and is not helped by the angry manager while his employees call for help from view. Also the classes aren’t age separated at all we were made aware they are separated by age. Yet any age is grouped together .
My son started and was very afraid and hesitant to get in the water. He has since grown in confidence and loves swim class. The staff has been amazing with him.
Aqua Tots is an amazing swim school! My son loves coming each week. We have also been super happy with the professional and politeness we receive from Carson. Each time we come, he makes sure to greet us with a smile!
Worst Customer service and manager . They moved all instructors whenever they want . They charged you every single month right ? When you are trying to do a make up class . They let you book and after that it’s canceled or rescheduled again . You can have 20 make up classes but it will be hard to get them. Bottom line you will always be paying and they never let you get done your make up class . They never fix the AC in the building . Some areas are poor quality and design .
