Worst Customer service and manager . They moved all instructors whenever they want . They charged you every single month right ? When you are trying to do a make up class . They let you book and after that it’s canceled or rescheduled again . You can have 20 make up classes but it will be hard to get them. Bottom line you will always be paying and they never let you get done your make up class . They never fix the AC in the building . Some areas are poor quality and design . We've had a wonderful experience at Aqua-Tots! The instructors are very patient and friendly, and the facility is always clean. Our child has learned so much and gained a lot of confidence in the water. Highly recommend!

My 10-year old is an aqua tot & she loves it! She started in June at Level 3 and has worked her way to Level 5. Not only has she learned safety skills but also she is able to get in the water unattended. The staff is amazing from the front desk to ALL of the instructors. The instructors are very patient even when it’s multiple kids.
