Trainers keep changing and Trainer doesn’t enter the feedback of kid performance at the end of the class in the app so that next class trainer can work on the kid's lagging areas That’s never happening and seen trainers just standing in water without helping kids without providing any suggestions. My son (2yr) was extremely nervous but equally excited about learning to swim. His coaches, Lena and Natalia met him exactly where he was and has never pushed him too far. He loves to “play swim” at home and makes me pretend to be teacher “Talia” 🤣
We are very happy with the swim school because the instructors are patient, professional, and great with children. The lessons are well-structured, and we’ve seen noticeable improvement in confidence and swimming skills. The staff is friendly, and the overall environment feels safe and encouraging.
