Bryson k is an outstanding coach, he made my son my son very comfortable in water and patiently worked with him, he needs a big kudos from the management, keep up the good work Bryson
Emma is great coach and her customer service is top notch. Regarding swimming lessons, they just need to update the app consistently.
The trainings and swimming lessons are really good at this swim school. The problems that I have is with maintenance of the center. The hooks inside the changing closet is broken, the cloth dryer/ringer is also broken, And few other cosmetic things. I’ve been asking the management to fix those things and complaint to the front office desk multiple times and they all fallen on deaf fears. I’d really appreciate if those things are fixed so that it won’t be a trouble to the parents.
Leaving a 1 star review for the ignorance of management about the dryer situation at this center. I complained about it almost 3 times in last 6 weeks but it’s not fixed yet. Staff at the center doesn’t care about the review and told me to go ahead and leave the review instead of giving assurance to address the issue, disappointed.
