TLDR: started out decent but got worse the longer we stayed. It has been over a year now. The ridgedness of the classes seem to be an issue. A year ago, i gave them 5 stars but as time went on this changed. Levels one and two were decent. This is mostly due to the parents being the ones involved in the training. Now that my daughter has switched to level three, things have majorly changed. She goes in with the coach with no parents. My son (5yo), who hated water in/around his ears and eyes, is jumping happily into every lesson. He loves every instructor. The instructors are always patient with every child. We look forward to every lesson. After the lesson, my son waits eagerly for his daily report from the instructor to see how he is improving. Not only are we learning water safety, he is also learning water confidence.
