Amazing and the staff is very dedicated. My daughter loves coming here and is determined to go through all the levels. She makes so many friends and the instructors are passionate about what they do.
Good experience for my son, He started without knowing anything and advanced in a short time
Very inflexible with their make up class policy. I wanted to reschedule a make up class to three hours earlier on the same day with our regular swim instructor and the manager refused to switch it. Initially that class wasn’t available. I find this policy to be extremely not family friendly. I also wouldn’t sign up for classes again as my son isn’t progressing as fast as I would like. I was very disappointed with how I was treated. The staff were extremely rude and lacked professionalism. This experience did not meet even the basic standards of respect or courtesy.
