Our daughter has been in swim for about 6 months now. She’s 18 months and loves the water.We love coach Anna and coach Kylie!
My kids love it here. The coaches are friendly and polite.
This is a 5 star place for younger kids! We love it for our 4 year old. Perfect space, class size, and love the skills they teach. However it loses one star for our 8 year old who can already swim just learning different strokes. They only use half a sideways lane which is not enough space to build any kind of endurance or even get more than two strokes in.
Some of the staff at the Ballantyne(Providence rd) location are extremely unprofessional. We had multiple issues that the manager(Sonny) condescendingly brushed off. I could never imagine speaking to someone as to how the manager spoke to us. On top of that, the way they handled our daughter was aggressive trying to force her in the pool. Would highly advise to avoid this location.
