I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at Aqua-Tots. On my child’s very first day, the instructor told her that only her chin would go under water. Once she agreed, the instructor pushed her entire head under instead. This broke my daughter’s trust immediately and left her terrified of the water. She now refuses to return. I understand that Aqua-Tots uses a “submersion-based” curriculum, but honesty and consent are just as important as skills. Swim lessons were okay, but there are too many students per coach for the amount being charged. Also, this location will not refund the credit you have on your account under any circumstance (such as a sudden move). Be careful how much you allow them to take if there is a chance you won’t be able to use their services.
Thus far my son has loved ever bit of it.
My daughter loves her swim lessons. All instructors are excellent. This is a wonderful place with wonderful people.
I’m very impressed with the level of care, respect, and patience shown by everyone on the team. Emily and Loren stand out for their outstanding service and professionalism. Overall, the entire team does an exceptional job. Highly recommended!
