Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this swim school. We’ve been going for over a year and it’s the same class every time, with no real progression. The only thing that changes is the coaches, which makes it hard for kids to have consistency. They also call often to push more weekly classes or upsells, which feels more about revenue than results. Now that we’re trying to leave, the process is worse than canceling a gym membership no online option, and they make you talk to a staff member whose job is to convince you to stay. Great swim school. We were at another swim school and switching was the best decision for my kids. We had Coach Emma who was very good with my kids. They offer fast tracks in the summer. 4 days a week for 2 weeks. It was the most effective way for my kids to retain what they learned and build upon. They also offer 3 days a week. Customer service has been second to none. Xander, Hannah and the whole team has been wonderful. Can’t say enough great things about this place. So glad we switched to Aquatots.
