I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Aqua-Tots during a trial lesson with my 19-month-old son. From the very beginning, my son was crying, and despite his obvious distress during the first five minutes, the instructor still forced him underwater. My son attended Aquatots for over two years and loved his instructor, Daniel — he was fantastic with kids and made lessons fun. The facility was also warm and flexible, which I appreciated. However, despite my son meeting all the criteria, he was never moved up a level and kept in the same class month after month. I also lost out on over 20 prepaid classes (about five months) that were never refunded or credited. The staff are very friendly and the centre is always clean and fun, ran under great management by Foad. He is very helpful and efficient. Coach Sherry has also been really sweet.

Aqua-Tots North York is amazing! The instructors are caring, patient, and make swimming fun for kids. My son loves his lessons and has gained so much confidence in the water. Highly recommend to all parents!
