The massage therapist Katie is absolutely amazing. She really knows the body well and makes sure to work with you in order to come up with a plan if you are struggling in certain areas. She also follows up after appointments to see how you are feeling. I always feel so comfortable with Katie and feel like I have found an incredible massage therapist in her.
I literally cannot rave enough about both Brooke and Lyndsey! Their personalities are so welcoming and leave you feel amazing when you leave. They are both so knowledgeable and Lyndsey has such a gentle touch. They really listen to you and treat you to your level of comfort. I wish I had started seeing them years ago. It’s amazing to have pain relief without side effects of medication.
Katie has the best hands in the west! Seriously, she’s passionate about her work, great with her pressure, and creates a relaxing atmosphere. My bodywork journey with her has been incredible
I had a great experience with Katie at Aquaterra! She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She’s also very respectful and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. Hayden at the front desk is also so sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend working with her!
Aqua Terra Health has been incredible. Whether for scheduled preventative care of my body or specific pain points/injuries! One of their massage therapists Katie is extremely knowledgeable about the workings and connectivity of the human body. She has helped me to better understand what she is doing to alleviate pain as well as give me the tools to help at home.
