Got what I paid for. Unfortunately I signed up on Bloomspot for a full set of eyelash extensions for $99 (Normally $225). Their website states that the set takes 2 to 2.5 hours. My appointment started with about 15 minutes of paper work and then my actual appointment took about 1 hour. When I looked in the mirror, my right eye looked ok, but my left eye was very disappointing. There was a big gap of nothing in the very middle of my left eye. Terrible Experience!! – A friend and I went to this spa recently and had a pedicure done. The lady who did it was nice but it was fast, and it was not like any other normal pedi that I have had before at other nice spas. Only 2 days after the pedicure mine and my friends polish had come off. I then called the spa to see if they would compensate for this and the manager said she would get back to me. Wonderful service! – This was BY FAR the best spa experience I have ever had. I've already been back twice for services. I went in with my mom and sister for a total relaxation package and the Facial was just AMAZING! My skin glows now and I've even gotten rid of some post pregnancy blemishes. The massages are great and I really recommend getting in as often as possible. All of their therapists are great.
