My initial contact with Aqua Sensation was pleasant, and a written quotation was quickly given. The installation was made two weeks later, and Terry and James arrived promptly. I opened the door and they stepped into the house and laid sheets immediately. Shoes off, went to the work area and laid more sheets. Minimum noise and inconvenience. Absolutely no mess. The workmanship is top notch and the product itself is absolutely superb. Polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend.
Terry recently installed a Kinetico Premier water softener system in my new home. Having enjoyed soft water for the past 10 years in my previous property (also supplied and installed by Aqua Sensation), I knew I couldn't go back to hard water! Terry recommended the Kinetico Premier system because it's the most appropriate model for my property and usage. Had Aqua Sensation round our property today to fit new water softener and new tap for filtered water. Very impressive father & son team very professional and knowledgeable they know their stuff. Ours was a full install with new pipe work in awkward places but wasn’t an issue for them. Would throughly recommend aqua sensation five star company.
