I ordered 20 neocaridina shrimp from Aquarocks. I had accidentally placed an order to have them shipped to me, but Aquarocks caught the order and reached out to me personally to give me the chance to do a pickup instead. That was awesome customer service and saved me a ton of time. Picking up the shrimp was super easy and the fish keeper worked quickly and gave me a chance to look at the shrimp myself. You sold SICK fish, you WERE NOTIFIED about it, you DID NOT treat the fish, and CONTINUED to sell sick fish. Your lack of responsibility and acting like I created this issue by having diatoms in my tank is defamatory. Symptoms WERE PRESENT from the drive home, is SOLEY your responsibility and fault.
