My new spa was delivered today by Marshalls deliveries and all I can say is what a fantastic delivery team!! They sent notification with delivery time and arrived as expected. They went above and beyond to get the spa into the spot that I wanted it, they had to remove a panel of pool fencing. Once the spa was in place I was shown and explained what needed to happen next to make sure to not void my warranty and to get the best out of my Spa. We built our home almost 2 years ago, I have been dreaming of a jacuzzi well before then, we got a 15amp outdoor powerpoint specifically for this- finally 4 weeks ago after doing so much research we purchased the emerald deluxe spa, 6 seater! I paid for this late on a wed evening, we are in Tassie and I got the tracking number and took out the recommended insurance which was approx $100 with an external company for transit, the jacuzzi was delivered to the depot in 6 days we were so impressed!
