Danielle was very knowledgeable and the hot tub arrived in great condition by a great squad of guys. Once hooked up it has achieved all the relaxing qualities promised.

After searching for a month solid online for the perfect Hottub for our home, we decided to take a drive up to the Aqua Living Factory outlet in Johnson City TN. We were greeted with such great hospitality and a wonderful smile by Danielle. She was fantastic and knew everything there was about the tubs.
