I ORDERED A HOTUB PUMP FROM LPI (JOHNSTON CITY ,TN)..I RECEIVED A CHEAP CHINESE PUMP THAT MY TECH SAID I WASTED MY MONEY.LPI STATEMENT NO RETURNS AFTER THE FACT ..THERE GOES $350 !

I would like to start off saying the Catalina spa I purchased is fantastic! I love it. I give it 5-Stars. My total disappointment is with the Tuff Top I added to my purchase. This gets zero stars. The lifetime warranty seemed worth the cost. Big mistake. I should have read the fine print. My fault. My top has warped. It no longer seals properly. I assume this is an act of God? Danielle offered quick and professional service! She even showed me a new lift for my hot tub lid which I am considering! I highly recommend buying your hot tub and filters from Aqua Living. We love are highly satisfied with our hot tub!
