I ordered some swim floats and they accidentally sent me the wrong size. I sent an e-mail and same day they responded apologizing and immediately shipped out the correct items. I called to confirm all good and ask again if they wanted me to send back the floats that were the wrong size. Nope - feel free to give them to people who could use them. So sweet!
