I've booked emergency appointment for drain cleaning last Friday (29/11) afternoon. Two guys came late evening, did nothing and left. Saturday when I phoned you promised to send someone else, no one came. It's Sunday now, drain still blocked and your phone is dead. If I don't receive full refund by end of day Monday 2/12, I will have to recover money through my bank and get Trading Standards involved.
Came to quote for a job, when tried to book a day for job to be completed became unresponsive, tried multiple times and been ignored every time
