Very professional and respectful
We signed up for 4 times a year visit for 2 years. Their scheduling has always tired to schedule us every 30 days to 60 days always cuasing stress and wanting nothing to do with them but Im stuck in contract for another year. I talked to them over the phone about this before. Keeps happening.
Love the communication each time I call for an issue. They come out and medicate the area right away.
I’ve used aptive for a few years for maintence, but recently had a wasp problem. I called them to come to my home to help, and they told me they are not allowed to go in attics or on ladders. I confirmed with the company, and it’s a true company policy. I was shocked because what kind of pest control can be done without the use of ladders or going into an attic? Ridiculous! They said “sorry it looks like the wasps are coming from somewhere in the ceiling or attic but we can’t get on a ladder to look and can’t go in the attic... read more
The first time they came out, it was great. Second time they had to come back out because the dogs were coming in with ticks, I was getting eaten alive by mosquitoes, and our cameras only showed them here for 20 minutes. This time they came back out again for a respray, sent my husband 54 photos obnoxiously showing him spraying in every photo and I got chewed up alive by mosquitos the very next day. Unbelievable and horrible customer service.
