Incorrect billing
Nathaniel was very nice and thorough. Aptive always does a good job.
All of the service people have been courteous and thorough. Good communication as to arrival time. Respect of home and pets and cleanliness using shoe covers.
Thorough technician
I don't know that there has been a discernible difference before and after the use of these services. My son is scared to death of bugs and every day is a war on bug horror despite pretty control. I got the service mainly to do away with spiders and centipedes, either of which can be more than a nuisance. But we still see the ugly things crawling across the floor and it freaks us out.
